Our staff tasted through several barrel samples and has hand-selected this barrel just for you! A limited number of bottles of this special single barrel whiskey will be available.

Our single barrel features a beautiful caramel color, with a sweet vanilla oak nose and the traditional Jack Daniels charcoal undertone, with subtle candied apricot. It has a complex, balanced mouth feel with medium to light heat. Rolling vanilla oak and dried fruit are on the palate, followed by a long, gentle spicy finish.

Enjoy this with BBQ Short Ribs, or share with good friends and a nice cigar.

Jersey Artisan Distilling, New Jersey’s first licensed distillery to open since the repeal of prohibition, announces its first line of hand-crafted premium spirits, with the release of Busted Barrel® Silver Rum.

Located in Fairfield, New Jersey, Jersey Artisan Distilling is focused on making classically refined hand crafted spirits that require the passion and attention to detail that has been lost in the mass produced “big liquor” marketplace. Busted Barrel® Silver Rum is created using all-natural, domestically grown ingredients including the finest molasses from Louisiana.
