Holiday Baking Help from Joe Canal's

When the email came in, talking about "Bacardi Cake", the natural guess was that the folks at Bacardi were rolling out a new flavor. After all, Bacardi's portfolio already includes flavors that range from Arctic Grape to Wolf Berry. We were wrong.

Joe Canal's will host tastings of Bacardi Cake - cake made with Bacardi Pineapple Infusion Rum - at the Lawrenceville store (Friday, Nov. 22, 6-8pm) and the Woodbridge store (Saturday, Nov. 23, 2-4pm). You'll have the opportunity to sample cakes that look something like this

and you'll also be able to pick up recipe cards, so you can bake it yourself.
