New Brew Roundup

Here are some newly delivered beers, both new to the market and returning favorites, that are available in both our Woodbridge and Lawrenceville locations.  As always, our Craft Beer departments are super busy, so if you're looking for something specific please be sure to call ahead to make sure it hasn't sold out.

Weyerbacher Sunday Mole Stout
As the name suggests, this 11.3% ABV American Imperial Stout is the foundation of everyone’s favorite, Sunday Morning Stout, with a twist (and without the barrel aging)… This brew captures everything you’d expect from a traditional molĂ© – coffee, chocolate, heat and smokiness. Foremost is coffee, which is followed by layers of chocolate courtesy of the chocolate malt, cocoa powder and cacao nibs. Finally, a subtle lingering heat and smokiness from our blend of ancho, pasilla, mulato and chipotle peppers, as well as cinnamon, which is gone by the time you’re ready for your next sip.  11.3% ABV

Founders Pale Joe
Light in color but full in flavor, this golden ale features notes of gently roasted, fruit-forward coffee. Pale Joe features a special blend of high-end Ethiopian coffee expertly roasted by our hometown neighbors at Ferris Coffee and Nut. It’s the lovechild of your favorite iced coffee and, well, beer. 5.3% ABV

Founders Breakfast Stout
The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever. 8.3%

Avery Chai High
American Brown Ale with local, fair trade, organic chai. 5% ABV

Avery Rumpkin
We wondered what would happen if a monstrous pumpkin ale, plump full of spicy gourdiness, were aged in fine fresh rum barrels to add suggestions of delicate oak and candied molasses. Rumpkin is what happens! 18% ABV

Avery Pumpkin
Bourbon barrel-aged pumpkin porter, spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves, and aged in fresh Bourbon barrels for 6 months. 17.22 ABV
