More St. Paddy's Day Cocktails

Over the weekend, we sampled Irish Coffee in Lawrenceville, and Irish Whiskey in Woodbridge. Today, we'll give you recipes, but then you're on your own.

The Dirty Leprechaun

1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

1/2 oz Jagermeister

For the best visual, layer each ingredient by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon.

 The Irish Flag

1 part green Creme de Menthe
1 part Bailey's Irish Creme
1 part Grand Marnier

As with the Dirty Leprechaun, layer each ingredient.

The Green Dublin Apple

2 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1 oz Sour Apple Schnapps
2 oz white cranberry juice

Combine the three ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with apple slice.
