Weird Cocktails

Since tomorrow will be a normal business day, we'll have to get our April Fooling in today. Except that we're going with very real, but very weird, cocktails. Feel free to experiment!

Bacon and Egg Martini

The ingredients: Bacon-infused Jack Daniels, egg white, maple syrup, lemon juice, dash of Angostura bitters.

The Meatequita

Tequila infused with chorizo, vegetable juice, balsamic vinegar, smoked sea salt pepper, port; garnished with biltong (a South African cured meat) strips and grilled chorizo.

The Pizza Cocktail

Originating in Southern California, this is made with tomato water, basil-infused vodka, ghost-pepper infused vodka, porcini powder, muddled basil and topped with a Parmesan and mozzarella foam.

These were all bar or restaurant specialty cocktails, and they weren't sharing the exact measurements for each drink. But we think you'll have some fun by trying different proportions.
