The June Bug

Summer’s here!  It is the perfect time for fruity, tropical, green cocktails.  In an iced shaker combine the juice of a lime and 1 oz. each Malibu™, Midori™, Hiram Walker Crème de Banana, and 3 oz. fresh pineapple juice.  Shake vigorously and serve in a hurricane glass with a wedge of pineapple and maraschino cherry garnish.

Limoncello Collins

Old Tom doesn’t mind this variation on a seminal classic.  Make this for your next afternoon gathering.  In a pitcher, combine 4 parts Villa Massa Limoncello with 3 parts good dry gin (try Blue Coat) and 2 parts fresh lemon juice – chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.  Prepare your glasses with thinly sliced lemon and ice.  Pour limoncello mixture over ice and top with soda water.  Garnish with a mint sprig.
