Holiday Notes

We are at the start of the holiday shopping season, and we wanted to make sure our website was available to help. The formula will be the same, whether you're shopping at Lawrenceville or Woodbridge. From the home page, find the Customer Service tab. Within the pull-down menu, you'll find the following selections:
-2014 Holiday hours, to let you know about special extended shopping hours, as well as early closings for Thanksgiving.
-Gift Ideas is exactly what it sounds like, and this section will be updated regularly, depending on deliveries of relevant items.
-Holiday Toy Drive: we're partnering with other local businesses to collect and distribute new, unwrapped gift items to less fortunate children. We will collect the toys at both stores.

Tuesday, November 11 is a Federal holiday. We thank all Veterans for their service that day. Joe Canal's will be open regular hours on 11/11.

New Products

This week saw lots of deliveries, so here are a few highlights:

Cameron Hughes Chardonnay Lot 475: another outstanding wine from America's leading négociant. It's tropical, oaky, buttery, and delicious. Only $15.96 in the Bottle Club®.

Chateau d'Yquem, 2005 vintage. One of the great dessert wines of the world. 97 points from Wine Spectator. Their review: "This has a deliciously pure feel, with juicy, inviting green plum, ginger, heather, creamed pineapple and Jonagold apple flavors all melded together and gliding through the lengthy finish, which echoes with lilting flowers and dried citrus notes. Best from 2015 through 2045."
Portillo Sauvignon Blanc. This wine has a refreshing, crisp, and persistent palate of lychee, mango and pineapple. Our buying power allows us to offer this at only $4.98 in the Bottle Club®.

Tenshen
Tenshen Red Blend, which exhibits a fresh, lively array of flavors, extending from ripe, juicy plum and black cherry to subtler dried herb, tar and rose petal. It's impressive too for its supple texture and length. WS:92. Only $24.99 in the Bottle Club®.

That's not even half of the new products that were delivered to our stores this week. Please ask a team member for the locations of our new items.

Ripped from the Headlines
