1. 2011 Leitz Rüdesheimer Riesling Kabinett . The 2011 Rüdesheimer Riesling Kabinett comes  from the famed Magdalenenkreuz Vineyard, imparting the aroma of lemons and limes, slight mint echoes, as well as a touch of lychee, tarragon, banana, pear and pineapple. Everything is awash with a vigorous residual sweetness and this, combined with a delicate fruity acidity, allows the flavors to melt beautifully slowly on the palate. The Rüdesheimer Riesling Kabinett is a refreshing, mouthwatering wine. Perfect for Asian cuisine, and to accompany everything that is fruity, sweet and sour, hot and intensively seasoned with chili, star aniseed, coriander, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. 2. GlenDronach Gandeaur 31 year old. The whisky, bottled as ‘Grandeur’, has been specially selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker from some of the oldest and most unique Oloroso casks at GlenDronach.

This superb expression, at 45.8% vol. Cask strength, is a classical representation of the smooth, complex and full bodied style that the GlenDronach Distillery is famous for. Individually numbered by hand, each bottle is a one off and truly unique.

Very big gusty flavors adorn each mouthful, yet with perfect balance and refinement. Initial spiced orange flavors and rich Oloroso sherry are met mid-palate with roasted almonds, coffee and treacle. The dry concentrated flavors from the almonds and the Oloroso sherry are balanced in perfect harmony with sultanas, chocolate and honey. Available in extremely limited quantities for $589.99.

3. 2012 Leitz 2012 Rheingau Riesling - The bouquet is a fusion of apple aromas with elderflowers and grated lemon rind. There is also a touch of cinnamon, some jasmine and pear, peach scent and slightly nutty accents. With its elegant taste and dry, herbal accents, this smooth wine lingers on the palate. The Rüdesheimer Riesling is a wine with substance and depth. Priced at only $9.96 in the Bottle Club®.
