Ripped From The Headlines

-According to the U.S. Beer Market Impact Databank Review and Forecast, total U.S. beer volume—excluding non-alcoholic brews—fell 1.5% between 2009-2014. However, specialty beers rose by 14% in that same time frame. IPA's have been a key growth area. (Source: Shanken Daily News)

-Former NFL quarterbacks Dan Marino and Damon Huard are now in the wine business. Click here for details.

-After the recent news that maybe resvaritrol didn't work as first suggested, a new bit of research offers better news. This bit of scientific research found that red wine was effective at removing the bacteria which causes cavities and tooth loss. Click here for the article, but we think more extensive study should be undertaken.

Enjoy the holiday weekend. Be safe and have fun.
