More new products, that is. Our buyers have the difficult task of selecting new products for our stores, and they're almost always spot-on. Earlier this week, we featured new beer deliveries, so today we'll preview some news wine & spirits items. And as always, we receive more products than we can review, so please ask one of our store team members for assistance in finding all of the new items.

George Dickel Single Barrel, Canal's Family Selection

The Canal's Family Selection (CFS) series has been a great way to bring you upscale bourbons, whiskeys and other spirits at affordable prices. With a Single Barrel bottling, every bottle comes from the same one barrel, making each one truly unique. 

Our newest CFS is the George Dickel Single Barrel Tennessee Whisky. Charcoal mellowing and George Dickel's unique aging process form a smooth, premium whisky that stands in a class all by itself. A perfectly balanced, rich and silky taste with hints of vanilla, spice and charcoal.

Skyy Infusions Georgia Peach

A ripe, juicy peach is a signature of the summer, especially in New Jersey. But while we're the Garden State, Georgia is the Peach State. Now in Lawrenceville, and soon in Woodbridge, the Peach State will meet the Skyy.

Infusion. It means mother nature stuck her finger in the vodka and stirred in delicious, all natural flavors.

Domaine du Bouscat Bordeaux Superieur Wine

We're always looking for a well-rated wine that's priced so that we can enjoy it every day. The Domaine du Bouscat Bordeaux Superieur rated 88-90 from Wine Advocate, and comes in under $10!

Domaine du Bouscat Caduce is the entry level wine for Domaine du Bouscat. The wine is produced from an 8 hectare vineyard that is planted to 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Malbec and 5% Cabernet Franc. On average, the vines are 37 years of age.

The vinification of Domaine du Bouscat Cauduce takes place in unlined cement vats. This follows a 3-day cold soak at 12 degrees Celsuis. The maceration lasts for an average of 25 days and is punctuated with regular microbullages. The wine of Domaine du Bouscat Cauduce goes through a unique aging process. The wine is aged on its post malolactic lees for four months in vat before it’s transferred to a unique combination of new and used French oak barrels.

From the Wine Advocate review: "A blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Malbec and Cabernet Franc that hit 13.5% natural alcohol, it reveals abundant white chocolate and black currant fruit intermixed with hints of tapenade and underbrush. It is a ripe, medium-bodied, exuberantly fruity, delicious, seductive wine to enjoy over the next 3-4 years, possibly longer."
