Bottleneck

If you drive any of the major roads in New Jersey, "bottleneck" may be a dirty word to you. Given our products, we think happy thoughts when we hear bottleneck. Today, however, we're discussing the bottleneck that happens between our loading dock and our sales floor. Some days, we just can't get the products out fast enough. Today, we'll discuss our newly arrived craft beer. Please remember that some of these items are only available in limited quantities.

Forgotten Boardwalk Pocket Trick Imperial IPA. Pocket Trick has a medium body, with hints of peach, mango and citrus. Mosaic hops help shine through, allowing this pick pocket to sneak up on you. 8.5% ABV, 100 IBU's. Currently available in Woodbridge. Coming soon to Lawrenceville.

The Bruery Fourthmeal. The Bruery and Maine Beer Company got together and cooked up something special for you: fourthmeal. It isn’t brunch; it isn’t "linner." It’s a hoppy Belgian-style ale that brings aspects of both breweries to the table: fruity, Belgian yeast esters, a crisp, bready backbone, citrus and piney hop
characteristics, and a dry, hop-forward finish. There’s no one shouting "come n' git it" when it’s time to dine – just mouth-watering, dry-hopped aromatics, signaling that it’s time for fourthmeal.

Cheesy avocado bacon poutine with extra cheese curds, arugula salad with chèvre and fresh herbs, fried onion strings. Taco Tuesday (or would that be Wednesday?). In 750ml bottles, in both stores.

Long Trail SMaSH Project #3. Brewed with a single malt and a single hop to showcase the characteristics of each ingredient. 6.8% ABV, 35 IBU's. In 12oz cans, in both stores.

Munich Malt: Reveals a deep amber hue and distinct toasted bread and biscuit flavors.

Equinox Hops: A complex American hop, features a multitude of citrus, herbal and floral notes.

Dogfish Head Beer To Drink Music To. Music has been a part of Dogfish Head since before Dogfish Head. So it’s a natural fit for a brewery that makes "Analog Beer for the Digital Age" to be the Official Beer of Record Store Day, a celebration of the unique culture of record stores and the special role they play in their communities.

Of course, as the Official Beer of Record Store Day, we had to create a special brew for the occasion! Insert Beer To Drink Music To. This Belgian-style Tripel
is brewed with sweet orange peel, green cardamom, peppercorns and vanilla. It’s the perfect marriage of beer and music and best when paired with some of your favorite tunes.

Clocking in at 9% ABV, Beer To Drink Music To is a golden orange brew with forward notes of toffee, cardamom, cloves and subtle notes of vanilla.

Available in both stores.

Lagunitas Citrusinensis Pale Ale. We took some fresh Sanguinello Blood oranges, juiced 'em, concentrated that juice
(without heat) and threw it into a wheatier version of our New Dogtown Pale Ale. The end result? A refreshingly hopped pale-ish ale with a huge citrus burst! 8.0 ABV. Available in both stores.

Two Roads Honeyspot Road IPA. The Two Roads version of this traditional beer style takes a road less traveled. It’s unfiltered and uses wheat as the dominant malt backbone. The result is a slightly cloudy, pale IPA with a softer mouthfeel that accentuates the citrusy Pacific Northwest hop character. 6.0% ABV. Currently available only in Lawrenceville.

This fresh six-pack of selections should whet your palate. The spring seasonal beers have been arriving for a couple of weeks, and we know they're limited by design. Don't forget that we're about 2 weeks away from the release of New Belgium's Fat Tire Amber Ale.
